LPPSolutions-ai is a software engineering consultancy based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. You can reach us at contact@lppsolutions.com.

What this site collects

This website is a single static page. It has no contact form, no account system, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Two third parties are involved in simply loading the page:

Google Fonts — the DM Sans typeface is requested from Google's servers. Google receives your IP address and browser user-agent as part of that request.
Our web host — like nearly all web servers, it may keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent) for security and troubleshooting.

Information you send us directly

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project. We use it solely to reply to you and to evaluate a possible engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

We retain business correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful, and delete it on request where we have no legal or contractual reason to keep it.

Client data during engagements

Any data we access while working with a client is governed by that client's own contract, NDA, and data-processing terms — not by this policy. Our default posture is that client data stays in the client's own infrastructure and that all code, models, and artifacts we produce belong to the client.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@lppsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or the site changes. The revision date at the top will always reflect the current version.
